This notice supplements our Privacy Notice and describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), and comparable rights under other U.S. state privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah).

Your rights

Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to data portability — obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
Right to opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; if that ever changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out.
Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Right to appeal — where required, you may appeal a decision we make about your request.

We use these categories for the business purposes described in our Privacy Notice (providing and securing the service, authentication, and auditing). We do not sell or share any category.

How to submit a request

Email [[email protected]] with the subject "Privacy Rights Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Verification

To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, typically by confirming control of the email associated with your account. We will not fulfill a request if we cannot verify your identity.

Timing
